Our shop remains open to the public during the party. Due to space, safety, and consideration of our other customers, we have limited seating and room available for parents or other persons staying for the duration of the party. Strictly 1 adult per child. Fees will apply if you wish to cater for extra persons.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking your party. Your booking will not be confirmed until this payment has been received. If a change of date is required, we will do our best to accommodate the change.
Numbers must be confirmed 1 week prior to the party. Due to staffing, catering and ordering purposes, no cancellations will be accepted 48 hours prior to the party.
We require at least one adult to remain at Cherry Seed for the duration of the party for supervision purposes.
Please ensure at least one adult remains for the duration of the party.
If you require additional food, please discuss with us prior to the party. Please be aware that other food items not provided by Cherry seed, is at the parent's risk and cannot be handled or served by staff at Cherry Seed. No other cake (except birthday cake) or cookie items can be brought to the party or the shop.
No other drinks are to be brought to the party or shop.
